Ink Bold from Chase

For the business owner who prefers to obtain a business credit card from a traditional banking institution, instead of from a traditional credit institution like American Express, Chase offers a line of business credit cards called the Ink business credit card.

The Ink Bold credit card is the high end, high reward credit card for big and small business owners. The Ink Bold card allows the business owner to automatically earn 25,000 bonus points when signing up for the card after making an initial payment and another 25,000 bonus points if the business charges $10,000 in purchases within the first three months of activity. Chase boasts that this number of points equates to $625.00 in travel purchases or $500.00 in choice rewards.

Another perk of the Ink Bold business credit card is that the business owner can earn 5x the number of points per $1 spent on office supplies, telephone, Internet, and cable TV services up until $50,000.00. The card will also yield 2x the points per $1 spent on gas stations and hotel accommodations up until $50,000.00. And finally the card will earn the business owner a point per $1 spent on all other purchases made by the card without limitation. These points will never expire.

The Ink Bold card allow the business owner to adjust the card’s limit based on the needs of the business and will never charge the owner a fee if the card is over the limit. In addition, there will never be a pesky charge if the business owner pays the card’s balance in full every month.

The Ink Bold card is also great when it comes to travel purchases. The points accumulated can be transferred to other participating frequent travel programs for the full value, which means you will not be docked points for wanting to participate in another program. Also, the business cardholder will always receive 20% off of airfare, hotels, car rentals, and cruises when purchased using the points.

Unlike many other business credit cards, the business owner can obtain other Chase Ink Bold cards for employees, at no additional charge.

Finally, there is no annual fee for using the card in the first year, which means that the business owner saves money. Saving money is always beneficial for the business.

The Chase Ink Classic card is also an attractive card for a small or large business owner. Although it doesn’t have quite as many perks at the Ink Bold, it does offer a 0% introductory APR on all purchases and balance transfers for the first 12-months of service under the card.

The Chase Ink Classic card also boasts increased points for purchases that are essential to any business, such as 5x the points for $1 spent on office supplies and telephone, Internet, and cable TV services up to $25,000.00 and 2x the points for $1 spent on gas and hotel accommodations up to $25,000.00. In addition, this card will award the business card owner with 1 point for every $1 spent on all other card purchases, without limitation or a cap.

Unlike the Ink Bold card, which rewards new cardholders with potentially 50,000 bonus points for signing up, the Ink Classic card will give a new patron 10,000 bonus points after the first purchase and an additional 15,000 points so long as the business owner charges at least $5,000.00 on the card in the first three-months.

The third Ink card in the Chase Ink card line is called the Ink Cash credit card. This card also boasts a 0% introductory APR for the first 12 months on all purchases and balance transfers made and allow the business cardholder to earn 5% cash back on the first $25,000.00 spent annually on office supplies and telephone, Internet, and cable TV services. The card also allows the business owner to earn 2% cash back on the first $25,000.00 spent annually at gas stations and restaurants and 1% cash back on all other purchases, without limitation or without a cap.

It is important to research each card to determine which one best suits your business’ needs. A business owner can always use as a reference for the latest offers and reward opportunities under these cards.
